It describes itself as a temporary agency that fills the staffing needs of organizations. For job seekers, it says it helps find career opportunities that match their skills and goals. The company also describes itself as a local staffing company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Employers considering a staffing agency should ask which roles and industries it fills, whether it handles temporary assignments, temp-to-hire, or direct placement, and how it screens candidates before presenting them. They should also ask who employs the worker, who handles payroll and workers' compensation, and what happens if an assignment ends early or a placement does not work out. It helps to confirm that the agency has experience with the specific jobs, shift schedules, and skill levels an organization needs. Job seekers should ask whether the agency charges any fees, how pay rates are set, what types of assignments are available, and how matching is done for their skills and goals. They can also ask what support is provided during an assignment and what steps to take when an assignment ends. Checking these details before engaging with any staffing agency can help both employers and candidates understand the arrangement.
