Cooper's Floors

Serving Andover, Minnesota, from 13640 Crosstown Blvd NW, Cooper's Floors offers flooring products and installation. Its stated focus is quality flooring, quality installation, and quality floors for every space. The work is aimed at homeowners and others who need to replace or update floors in a room, a level, or a whole home. Before choosing a flooring company, ask which materials it installs, such as solid hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, vinyl, or tile, and how it decides which is suitable for a given room. Basements, bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry areas put different demands on a floor, so ask how moisture and subfloor conditions are checked before installation. Ask for samples and how a material is expected to stand up to water, pets, or heavy foot traffic. Find out whether old flooring will be removed and hauled away, whether furniture moving and appliance disconnection are included, and how transitions, trim, and thresholds are handled. Ask how the estimate separates materials, labor, subfloor preparation, and disposal, and what preparation is needed for an uneven or damaged subfloor. Confirm the installation method, such as floating, glue-down, or nail-down, and how acclimation and layout planning are handled. Ask what the written scope includes so the finished floor and the installation match what was agreed.
