G&R Custom Elevator Cabs

Custom elevator cabs are the work of G&R Custom Elevator Cabs in Andover, Minnesota. The company describes its cabs as expertly crafted and says they convey elegance, simplicity, and prestige. Its focus is on the cab itself, the interior enclosure that riders see and touch, so the finished appearance and materials matter as much as the basic fit. The business is at 2352 Station Pkwy NW. For building projects that need a custom cab, the stated aim is a finished product that carries those three qualities into the elevator interior. When comparing elevator cab suppliers, ask how they verify cab dimensions, weight, and door clearances against the elevator system before fabrication. Ask what materials, finishes, and panel layouts are available and how wall panels, ceilings, lighting, flooring, handrails, and fixtures are handled as part of the cab package. Ask who takes field measurements, who sets fabrication tolerances, and how delivery and installation are coordinated with the elevator contractor. Ask what documentation is provided for code and fire-rating requirements, and ask to see material samples and a sample of the proposed finish. Ask how the finished cab will be protected during the rest of construction and what the process is for correcting fit or finish issues after installation.
