Sisters of Real Estate Team

A real estate team working in Andover, Minnesota, keeps its office at 1893 Station Pkwy NW. Beyond the team name and that location, its public description adds little about property types, territory or how the team is organized, so most of what matters has to come from asking directly. Before hiring a real estate team for a purchase or a sale, ask which side of the transaction the team usually handles and whether it takes on both. Find out what share of its work is single-family houses, townhomes, condominiums, new construction or land, since a team strong in one property type is not automatically the right fit for another. Ask how a recommended list price is built, which recent sales in the Andover market it relies on, and how long its listings have typically taken to go under agreement. If you are buying, ask how the team searches, whether it works with lenders you would need to be approved by, and how it advises on competing offers in a market where homes move quickly. Ask also how the team divides the work: who shows property, who negotiates, who handles paperwork and inspections, and who answers questions on evenings and weekends. Have the representation agreement explained in full, including its length, how it can be ended, and what commission or fees apply and who pays them. Request the names of a few past clients in the area and speak with them about communication and follow-through.
