The Jenkins Real Estate Team

In Andover, Minnesota, The Jenkins Real Estate Team works with people who are buying or selling a home. It assists buyers through the search and purchase process and helps owners prepare a property for sale, including acting as the seller's agent. Homeowners who are still deciding whether to move can ask for guidance on what their current property may be worth. The office is at 2677 Bunker Lake Blvd NW in Andover. Before choosing representation, ask how the team would work for you: as a buyer's agent, as a seller's agent, or in another arrangement. Ask for a written explanation of what happens if the same team represents both sides of a transaction, since that changes who is advising whom. On the sell side, ask how the asking price is set, which nearby sales support it, and what the marketing of a property includes, from photography and showings to where the property is advertised. On the buy side, ask how the team coordinates with your lender on pre-approval and how quickly it can act when a suitable home comes up. Ask what a home valuation covers and whether it is an appraisal or an opinion of value. Ask for the terms of any agreement in writing before you sign.
