Croix Design And Drafting

Based in Andover, Minnesota, Croix Design And Drafting provides residential drafting and design services. The work focuses on construction documents for new homes, garages, cabins, and similar projects, as well as for remodeling, renovations, and additions. The team describes a commitment to exceptional quality, attention to detail, and personalized service every step of the way. The office is at 2705 Bunker Lake Blvd Nw Ste 107 in Andover. When choosing a residential drafting and design service, ask which drawings and specifications are included in the construction documents and whether they are prepared for permit review and builder pricing. For additions and renovations, ask how existing conditions are assessed and how the new work will connect to the current structure. For a cabin or garage, ask what site and structural details the drawings need to address. It is also worth asking how revisions are handled and how changes are recorded, so the final documents reflect the agreed scope. These questions are especially useful when the project involves more than a straightforward new home, because remodeling and additions can require careful coordination between existing and proposed construction. Clear answers about document scope, review steps, and revision practices help a homeowner compare services and enter the design process with realistic expectations.
