DNH Construction

Roofing work in Andover, Minnesota, is the focus of DNH Construction, which operates from 15810 Kiowa St NW. The company describes itself as experienced and says it provides quality service. Its trade is roofing, so inquiries should center on the roof work a property needs and how the company would approach it. Before hiring a roofing contractor in this area, ask which roof types and materials the crew works with and whether those choices suit the building's slope, structure and climate exposure. Ask whether the scope includes tearing off the old roof, inspecting and repairing the deck, replacing flashing, and addressing ventilation and underlayment, or whether those items are priced separately. Get a written scope that names materials, quantities, and what happens if hidden damage is found. Ask who handles permits and inspections, whether the company carries liability and workers' compensation coverage, and what manufacturer warranty applies to the installed system versus any workmanship warranty. Also ask how the crew protects landscaping and handles cleanup and disposal, how weather delays are communicated, and how change orders are approved. For a flat roof or a complex roofline, ask for examples of comparable work and the names of the materials specified. Confirm in writing the start date, completion estimate, payment schedule, and the process for correcting issues after the job. These questions help a property owner compare roofing bids on scope and accountability rather than price alone.
