Tyther Contracting Inc

Roofing is the trade of Tyther Contracting Inc, which is located at 4893 171st Ave NW in Andover, Minnesota. Roof work can range from a localized repair to a full replacement, so the first question is what scope the company handles and whether that scope fits the project. When comparing roofing contractors in Andover, Minnesota, ask which roof coverings and systems the company installs, how it handles tear-off and deck inspection, and whether flashing, ventilation, and underlayment are included in the written scope. Ask how permits and inspections are managed, how weather delays affect scheduling, and how debris removal and site cleanup are handled. Because roof work can leave a building exposed, ask what temporary protection is used and who performs each stage of the job. Also ask whether the company uses employees or subcontractors for roofing work, what licensing and insurance documentation it can provide, and how it documents existing roof conditions before work begins. Request a written description of materials, workmanship terms, and the process for handling changes after the project starts, including how the contractor will address any rotted decking or structural findings discovered after tear-off. Confirm the answers in writing before work begins, and keep the signed scope with the project records.
