Pro Floors LLC

For property owners in Andover, Minnesota, Pro Floors LLC is a general contractor at 13946 Palm St NW. A general contractor typically coordinates construction or renovation work, so the first question is how a company defines the scope it will manage and what it expects other trades to handle. Ask for a written scope that separates labor, materials, permits and cleanup, and confirm which parts of the work the company performs itself versus through subcontractors. Because projects often involve several trades, request the names and license or registration details of the subcontractors expected on site, along with proof of insurance for each. Before work begins, ask who will obtain permits and schedule inspections, and get the change order process in writing. A clear payment schedule tied to completed milestones is more useful than a large deposit, and it should match the contract. Ask how the contractor handles delays, material substitutions and site protection, and what warranty covers workmanship as distinct from manufacturer coverage on materials. Request a lien waiver process for payments to subcontractors and suppliers. Confirm the final walkthrough steps and the process for correcting punch list items. For a project in Andover, Minnesota, these details matter as much as the initial quote, because they show how the job will be managed from start to finish.
