Andover Seventh-day Adventist Church

In Andover, Minnesota, this Seventh-day Adventist church offers Sabbath School classes for children, youth, young adults and adults. All Sabbath School classes meet in the Sanctuary at 9:30 AM for Opening Remarks or World Mission Emphasis. Youth, Young Adult and Adult Sabbath School classes start at 9:45 AM. Beginners/Kindergarten, Primary and Juniors Sabbath School classes meet from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. The church is at 15036 Round Lake Blvd NW. Readers comparing congregations can ask how the Beginners/Kindergarten, Primary and Juniors classes are grouped by age and what study materials each class uses. Ask what the Youth, Young Adult and Adult classes cover and whether the Opening Remarks or World Mission Emphasis portion at 9:30 AM is part of every Sabbath School session. It is also worth asking how children move from the Sanctuary opening to their classes, whether parents are expected to stay with younger children, and whether the 9:30 AM opening includes all ages before classes separate. For adults, ask which class best matches their familiarity with the subject and whether visitors may join a class at any point. Ask what a typical class session includes, such as discussion, study guides or group reading, and how the congregation communicates schedule changes for Sabbath School.
