Oasis Of Life

On Round Lake Blvd NW in Andover, Minnesota, Oasis Of Life holds worship every Sunday from 9:30 to 11:00 am. Its ministries include worship, ushering and greeters, a welcome team, a media team, and music through Xpressions Of Oasis. Opportunities to get involved include men's ministry, women's ministry, children's ministry, next-gen singles ministry, and School of Success. Its areas also include history, church leaders, and what it believes. Anyone considering a place of worship should ask how its beliefs are taught and how those beliefs shape the Sunday service. Ask what children's ministry covers, how children are grouped by age, and what safety practices are in place. If you are interested in the men's, women's, next-gen singles, or School of Success programs, ask whether they are open to visitors or only to members, when they meet, and what commitment they require. It is also worth asking how the welcome team and ushering and greeters ministry help newcomers, and how the music and media teams support worship. Because a congregation can look different from the outside, plan to ask about leadership structure and how decisions are made. Ask what membership involves, whether there are classes or conversations for people exploring the faith, and how someone can request prayer or pastoral care. For families, ask how children and youth are included in the life of the church beyond Sunday worship. These questions help you learn whether the church's teaching, community, and ministries fit what you are seeking.
