Construction Con Dios LLC

Based in Andover, Minnesota, Construction Con Dios LLC builds, replaces, and repairs decks for customers in Andover and the Twin Cities. Its deck work includes AZEK decks, composite decks, custom decks, Trex decks, Surestone, Deckorators, and wood decks, along with replacement and repair services. The company describes itself as licensed and insured and states that it has delivered custom decks with quality craftsmanship since 2005. Its address is 2277 133rd Lane NW, Andover, Minnesota. When comparing deck builders, ask which decking materials the crew installs and how each option handles moisture, fading, and maintenance over time. For a new deck, get a written scope that covers framing, footings, flashing, stairs, railings, permits, inspections, and haul-away of old materials. Ask whether the quote includes removing an existing deck and how the crew will protect siding, doors, and landscaping during the work. For repairs, ask how the builder decides whether boards, joists, or the ledger board need replacement, and request details on material warranties and whether those warranties transfer to you. Before work begins, ask for proof of license and insurance, and confirm who will handle permit applications and inspections. Ask for drawings or dimension details for custom work, including footing depth and attachment to the house. Get the repair or replacement scope in writing, with the specific materials and brands named, so you can compare bids on the same work.
