Httl Concrete

In Andover, Minnesota, HTTL Concrete LLC is a concrete business at 2154 141st Lane NW. Its stated focus is residential flatwork and decorative concrete. For a homeowner planning a concrete project, that focus points to flat, poured surfaces around a home and to finish work that changes the look of the concrete rather than only its structure. The scope of each project still needs to be established directly with the company. Before hiring a concrete contractor for residential flatwork or decorative work, ask for a written scope that separates site preparation, forming, reinforcement, pouring, finishing, jointing, and cleanup. Confirm whether removal of existing concrete and disposal are included, and ask how the contractor handles grading and drainage so water moves away from the house. For decorative concrete, ask to see samples of the finishes the contractor actually installs and to visit completed work similar to the intended project. Ask how weather, curing time, and seasonal scheduling affect the job, and get the quote to state what is included and what is excluded. Also ask who will be on the crew and which permits, if any, the homeowner or contractor must obtain. These questions help a homeowner compare concrete bids on the same scope rather than on price alone.
