Before booking, ask how vaccination and health requirements are handled, whether food and medications can be supplied, and how often dogs are let out. Ask whether outdoor runs are individual or shared and how special feeding or medication needs are managed. Ask what a dog should bring for a stay, whether bedding or toys from home are accepted, and how feeding routines are followed. Ask how exercise and rest periods are balanced and what happens if a dog needs medication during the stay. For a first stay, confirm the discount applies and ask what information is needed at drop-off. Confirm availability for the dates needed, and ask how holiday periods affect drop-off and pick-up. If your dog has not boarded before, ask whether a trial visit or shorter stay is possible. Ask for a written summary of feeding and care instructions.
