HP Performance

At 13476 Hanson Blvd NW in Andover, Minnesota, HP Performance operates as an auto repair shop. A driver with a vehicle that needs work can use the Andover address to find the shop, and the first conversation should focus on the vehicle and the repair it needs. Because auto repair covers a wide range of work, it is worth confirming early that the shop handles your particular make, model and complaint. Ask whether HP Performance works on your vehicle's make and model and whether the repair you need is handled in-house or sent to another specialist. For a check-engine light, warning or performance complaint, ask whether diagnosis includes a road test and how the diagnostic fee is credited if you approve the repair. Request a written estimate that separates parts from labor, and ask whether the parts are new, remanufactured or used. Clarify the warranty on parts and labor, including whether it covers the whole job or only certain components. If the problem is intermittent, ask how the shop will confirm the cause before replacing parts. Ask what happens if the repair does not resolve the complaint and whether a follow-up visit is billed. Ask for the old parts to be returned if you want to inspect what was replaced. If the vehicle is not drivable, ask whether the shop can arrange a tow or whether you need to make those arrangements yourself.
