Journey Auto Repair

Journey Auto Repair provides auto repair for drivers in Andover, Minnesota, and New Hope, Minnesota, from its location at 16191 Round Lake Blvd NW in Andover. The shop presents itself as offering honest auto repair and lists same-day service, digital inspections, and a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty among its offerings. Complimentary loaner cars are available at whichever of the two locations a customer chooses, according to the business, so a vehicle can stay in the shop while its owner keeps to a schedule. For drivers comparing auto repair options, it helps to ask what work the shop handles directly and what it sends out, and to request a written estimate before repairs begin. Ask whether a diagnostic fee applies and how inspection findings are shared, especially if a digital inspection turns up additional needed work. Confirm what the 3-year/36,000-mile warranty covers and any conditions attached to it. If a loaner car matters, ask how availability is arranged and whether it must be reserved when scheduling service. Also ask how the shop decides between repair and replacement for major components, and whether it will return replaced parts on request. Drivers can ask about the process for approving any work beyond the original estimate. These questions can clarify the scope of a job before authorizing work.
