Roger's Auto Body

This auto repair shop, Roger's Auto Body, is located at 13530 Hanson Blvd NW in Andover, Minnesota, and describes itself as an auto body and collision repair business. Its own wording highlights Waukesha County collision repair and welcomes customers for auto body and collision work. That makes it relevant to drivers who need a shop for body damage or collision-related repairs. Before arranging work, ask specific questions about the collision repair and auto body services the shop handles. Confirm which types of collision damage and body repairs it takes on, how it assesses damage and prepares an estimate, and whether it works directly with insurance carriers on collision claims. Ask what parts options it uses and whether it explains the difference between OEM, aftermarket, and used parts, since those choices affect fit, finish, and cost. Also ask how it handles structural or frame damage, paint matching, and post-repair inspections when those services are relevant to your vehicle. Ask whether the shop provides a written estimate, what the repair process typically involves from drop-off to completion, and how it communicates changes found after disassembly. For a collision repair, find out whether towing or storage is arranged and whether the shop handles insurance paperwork or leaves that part to the customer. These questions help clarify the scope of an auto body repair before you commit.
