Metro Gas Installers

Based in Andover, Minnesota, Metro Gas Installers works from 685 141st Ln NW. It has been in business for over 30 years and describes itself as licensed, bonded, and insured. The company says its work is done to customer satisfaction and Minnesota gas codes, and that the owner is on site for installations. It also emphasizes timeliness and service. Before choosing a gas installation provider, ask for current proof of licensing, bonding, and insurance and confirm that the documentation matches the company you are hiring. Ask for a written scope that identifies the installation work to be performed and how it will be checked against Minnesota gas codes. For gas work, ask specifically whether the job includes pressure testing, leak checks, venting checks, and any required permit or inspection step. Ask who will be on site during the installation and whether that person will be present for the full job. Clarify how schedules and arrival times are set, since timeliness is part of the company’s stated approach. Ask what the company does if the completed work does not match the agreed scope or fails a code-related check. That line of questioning matters because gas installation work can affect safety and code compliance. A clear written scope, documented qualifications, and a clear on-site responsible person make it easier to compare providers. Readers should also ask whether the company will explain the code requirements that apply to their specific installation and what records they will receive after the work is done.
